  • We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic person who loves interacting with people (especially kids!) and motivating them to be their best possible selves to join our team as our Ninja Rig Driver and Crew Lead.

    Main responsibilities would include:

    • Driving a pickup truck / 70’ rig to our customers’ designated location (we are willing to train good drivers!)

    • Obstacle course set up, oversight and management of the obstacle course event, and obstacle course tear down

    • ​Overseeing a small team of college or high school students to support event delivery

    • ​Interaction with event participants including providing instructions, encouragement, and motivation while completing the ninja obstacle course

    • ​Interaction with hosting customers to confirm logistics, ensure customer satisfaction for event delivery, respond to any day of concerns or issues, etc.

    • ​Must be comfortable with leading and directing large groups of people (especially kids!)

    • ​Innovative ideas to improve events will be appreciated and rewarded

    • ​Must have a valid US driver’s license. Successful applicants will be required to go through a background check process and may be required to obtain CPR certification as part of onboarding (cost covered by Ninja Anywhere).

    The position would be part-time and seasonal initially with the opportunity for growth.

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic person who loves interacting with people (especially kids!) and motivating them to be their best possible selves to join our team of Ninja Crew Staff.

    Main responsibilities would include:

    • Assist Ninja Crew Lead to run incredible ninja events

    • Assist with obstacle course set up, event delivery, and obstacle course tear down at our customers’ designated location

    • ​Collaborate with a small team of Ninja Crew Staff to support event delivery

    • Interact with event participants including providing instructions, encouragement and motivation while participants complete the ninja obstacle course

    • ​Interaction with hosting customers to confirm logistics, ensure customer satisfaction for event delivery, respond to any day of concerns or issues, etc.

    • ​Must be comfortable working with large groups of people (especially kids!)

    • ​Must be able to drive to event locations up to 2 hours from Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area (we will provide compensation for longer drives)

    • ​Must be willing to pitch in and help where needed, even with seemingly small tasks

    • ​Innovative ideas to improve events will be appreciated and rewarded

    The position would be part-time and seasonal, so it is the perfect opportunity for college or high school students on break looking for a unique and fun summer job. We will work with you on your schedule so you can pick up as many or few shifts as you’d like.

  • Looking for an outgoing, self motivated, tech savvy individual to help push us to the next level. Initial role would include managing a pipeline of incoming event information requests and eventually will grow into sales campaigns as we expand into new geographies.

    Job responsibilities include:

    • Developing target lists of customer segments (e.g., school, fairs/festivals, event planners, corporations)

    • Preparing and executing outreach strategy for customer segments

    • ​Working with owners to enhance pipeline tracking and create formalized processes for use of CRM software

    • Outgoing and persistent personality, will continue to follow up and refuse to take “no” for an answer, able to think on your feet and pivot quickly as needed

    • Disciplined approach to executing strategic plan

    • ​Client relationship management through contracting, event execution, and then re-booking process

    • ​Must be a self starter, tech savvy and able to work remotely

    • ​Innovative ideas to improve events will be appreciated and rewarded

    The position would be a full-time, commission-based, with the opportunity for growth into a salaried position with incentives.
